Sponsorship Opportunities

Our premium cigar vendors can choose to offer their products for one day or both days from their designated booth. A 10′ x 10’ covered booth with signage, lighting, a table, chairs and a table covering will be provided at no cost to each cigar vendor. Vendors will also receive a meal ticket each day, free non-alcoholic beverages for their personnel and preferred hotel rates at our host hotel. Sale transactions will be handled by Sticks at a central payment booth. The vendor will not have to conduct sale transactions.

Sticks will place a cigar order 2-3 weeks prior to the event from each participating cigar vendor. The amount of the order will be $5,000 per day of the event. Cigar vendors are required to provide 100 cigars per $5,000 order for the SWAG bags given to each attendee upon entry. Additionally, each vendor is required to provide SWAG to encourage box sales at the booth. Vendors also have the option to provide a “grand raffle prize” to be drawn at the conclusion of the event. Each attendee will receive one raffle ticket upon entry with the option to obtain additional tickets by buying a box of cigars.

Cigar vendors must be ready and fully set up by the event start time (11 AM for VIP’s) and may not break down until the closure of the cigar booths (6:30 PM).

Cigar vendors will also have the opportunity to further their brand recognition by sponsoring events and/or promotional items to be included in the attendee SWAG bag at entry. Each vendor has the option to pay for the promotional items or donate them.
